About Wade

Wade brings over 25 years of experience in business development and manufacturing to Seraph, offering strategic guidance and independent oversight. As a non-executive director, he plays a key role in ensuring the company upholds its commitment to governance, performance, and long-term strategic direction. Wade works closely with the executive team to provide objective insights, challenge assumptions, and support critical decision-making, helping Seraph navigate growth and adapt to evolving market demands. His extensive background in business turnaround and crisis management adds a valuable external perspective that complements Seraph’s leadership.

Prior to his current role, Wade served as Seraph’s EU President and Managing Director, where he spearheaded turnaround operations and expanded Seraph’s presence in Europe by building a new team and cultivating key relationships. Before joining Seraph, Wade was VP of Operations at Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he led transformative initiatives that improved underperforming operations and achieved best-in-class performance.

Wade holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan.
