Majid Arefi is Seraph’s Director of Business Development for Europe, leveraging his vast experience of over 30 years in the global automotive industry. His career has been diverse, encompassing various roles in Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Development, Project Management, Product Development, and Innovation. Majid has been instrumental in expanding his previous business’s market share and profits, propelling it to achieve a broader international presence. Throughout his professional journey, Majid has demonstrated leadership by spearheading innovative projects and implementing quality-focused initiatives across different manufacturing facilities, with a sharp focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Previously, held leadership roles at Ford, Lear, and Faurecia, which provided him with valuable insights and further enriched his abilities. In his current capacity at Seraph, Majid plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and exploring new partnership opportunities. His contributions are invaluable in expanding Seraph’s presence and impact in the European market.

Majid holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in the same field, both from Wayne State University.
