Brian Fairchild is Seraph’s Director of Business Development. Brian is a senior level executive who plays an instrumental role in managing key client relationships, while also cultivating new partnership opportunities. With over twenty years of international automotive leadership experience, Brian’s expertise spans throughout operations, engineering, quality, and program management, enabling him to quickly develop strategic client solutions. Prior to Seraph, Brian worked as a customer team director, program manager, engineer and has even worked abroad where he gathered global experience with multiple OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. He has a proven ability in identifying design and product solutions, with experience over multiple commodities.

Brian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Central Michigan University and an MBA in Business Administration and International Business from Oakland University.
