About Wade

Wade Phillips is President in Seraph Europe where he resides in Dublin Ireland. With the rapid adoption of new technologies in automotive manufacturing and the geopolitical forces shaping supply chains have created many new challenges for our clients, we see the importance of having a stronger presence to support our client’s global footprint.

I look forward to better servicing our current clients, developing new relationships, and growing our team in Europe.” 

Prior to Wade’s newest role, he was one of Seraph’s Managing Directors. He headed all turnaround and crisis management operations for Seraph. Wade brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing space. Prior to joining Seraph, Wade was VP of Operations for Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he led transformative initiatives to improve underperforming operations to achieve best-in-class performance.  

Wade graduated from the U.S Military Academy at West Point with a B.S in Aerospace Engineering before receiving his MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan.
