Join Seraph at the 2023 Seraph Operational Excellence Award Banquet
On Thursday, June 15th, 2023, the Seraph team will come together with industry executives to celebrate the 2023 Seraph Operational Excellence Award winners.
The evening banquet will be dedicated to celebrating excellence in automotive manufacturing in North America, by awarding five automotive suppliers across five distinct categories: logistics, operations, quality, human resources, and best overall.
The evening will start with a cocktail hour, giving attendees the chance to mingle and get to know one another. The event will proceed with dinner and the award ceremony that will host many special guests.
Erin Schreiber, MEMA’s Senior Manager of Membership, will be our Master of Ceremonies. Alongside our Seraph experts, she will lead our guests through the evening and highlight what distinguished the winners this year.
Among other keynotes, Thomas Kowal, Seraph NA President, will share more about his inspiration behind the Operational Excellence Awards.
“We’ve built our entire country based on manufacturing, and in the last couple of years, we’ve lost a lot of that base. We need to reinvigorate that by promoting manufacturing across all North America.”
To bring this vision to life, the Seraph Operational Excellence Awards brought top talent to our judging panel. John Dunn, President of fleet vehicles and services at The Shyft Group, will speak on behalf of our judges about their perspectives and process in evaluating the suppliers that received the highest rankings and selecting this year’s winners.
Seraph has a deep appreciation for our judges’ talent and involvement with these awards. In recognition of our judges’ time, energy, and commitment, Seraph awarded each judge $5,000 to give to a charity of their choice. Two of the chosen charities, Special Olympics Michigan and New Day Foundation will speak at the ceremony to highlight their work and outreach.
The evening will conclude with celebrating this year’s winners, inviting each to come on the stage to receive their award.
